A youth corps member who worked as an adhoc staff with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano during yesterday’s governorship and state assembly elections has tweeted the photo of a child voter at his polling unit.
The youth corps member, who identified himself as Rotimi A. Segun on Twitter, and who was the presiding officer at the polling unit, tweeted on the handle, @Iam_Dr_RAS.
His tweet read: “As the presiding officer, I was about sending this boy away from the polling unit, when my APO 1 revealed to me the boy genuinely owns a PVC, I collected the card reader to confirm, Lo and behold the PVC was truly his!!
How on earth did @inecnigeria issued this PVC to this boy?”
