A video shared on X by the Presidency showed the moment President Bola Tinubu signed the N2.17tn Supplementary Budget for 2023 today at the State House in Abuja.
This is coming six days after the Senate and House of Representatives approved the Supplementary Appropriation Bill forwarded to them for consideration.
