A video has emerged online showing one of the godfathers and spiritual backbone of Lagos State APC governorship aspirant, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, extolling the virtues of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.
Cardinal James Odumbaku in the video, dug out of the archives, celebrated Ambode during the commissioning of one of the governor’s landmark infrastructural development at the Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos.
He described Ambode as a governor that one could boast off.
He said, “You can’t get any government better than Ambode’s government. He was chosen by God. No man can change it.”
He then called for the renaming of the Ojodu-Berger area as Ojodu-Ambode.
Contrary to his statements in the video, Cardinal Odumbaku recently moved to stop Ambode’s second term bid by presenting Sanwo-Olu at a widely reported event in Lagos.
