Youths in Rukpokwu, Obio Akpor local government area of Rivers State have taken to major roads to protest the alleged killing of a tricycle rider by a policeman this morning.
NewsmakersNG learnt that the unidentified victim was shot after refusing to yield to a demand for N100 bribe by the yet-to-be-identified policeman.
The policeman reportedly fled the scene after shooting the victim.
