A phone-thief got more than he bargained for when attempted to steal a phone from a car in traffic.
A video of the incident showed the occupants holding his hand in firm grip as the vehicle continued to move on slowly in the traffic.
One of the occupants of the car then began to hit him repeatedly in the face while he desperately begged for mercy.
