Many Feared Dead as Robbers Raid Banks in Edo

Daredevil armed robbers yesterday evening attacked multiple commercial banks and a police station in Uromi, Edo State.

NewsmakersNG learnt that the heavily armed robbers, who operated in the full glare of residents, killed seven persons, including two police officers.

Several others were reportedly injured during the hour-long attack.

A viral video of the robbery shows the robbers, who operated unchallenged, carting away several sacks filled with money from one of the affected banks.
