Video: Jubilation as ‘Missing’ Father Mbaka Surfaces in Enugu

Spontaneous jubilation greeted the reappearance of controversial Catholic cleric, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, in Enugu today.

There has been widespread apprehension about his whereabout, following his sudden disappearance from the public two days ago.

He was reported to have gone missing after going out to visit someone, raising fears of his arrest by security operatives.

There was a protest earlier today in Enugu by his followers, demanding his release by the federal government.

Parishioners at his Adoration Ministry took to the streets of Enugu in their numbers to protest the cleric’s rumoured arrest.

The development forced the Department of State Services (DSS) to issue a statement denying reports that he was in their custody.

Online videos however show the fiery cleric surrounded by a small group of his followers celebrating his reappearance in public this afternoon.
