Nigerian disc jockey, DJSwitch, who has been hailed for her role in rescuing injured victims of the Lekki shootings, has given an account of what transpired on the tragic night.
In an Instagram video, the popular DJ insisted that military men did fire live bullet at the hapless #EndSARS protesters on the night of October 20 at the Lekki toll plaza, killing some and injuring several others.
She said some policemen also came to the scene after the soldiers had left and used teargas to try to disperse the already traumatised protesters.
She also recalled a particular male protester who was shot in the back while shielding her from a hail of bullets.
