A video shared online has shown some residents scrambling to take fuel pouring from a leakage on a petrol tanker at Mile 2 in Lagos.
The tanker appeared to have been parked by the side of the road when the driver discovered the leakage.
The residents, who are mostly artisans and miscreants, are shown in the video using various containers, including metal buckets, to collect the fuel.
There was no sign of any security personnel at the scene.
