An eyewitness video has shown some residents of Ijora, Lagos, scrambling to scoop fuel from the scene of a tanker accident this evening.
Another eyewitness who spoke with NewsmakersNG said he drove past the scene around 6.45 pm and saw men, women, and children struggling to scoop fuel with buckets and jerrycans.
