A viral video has shown some cadets of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) holding up traffic at an unidentified area of Lagos yesterday.
The video shows the cadets standing in middle of the dual carriage road while mocking the stranded commuters and daring them to move their vehicles.
One of them is seen abusing and moving angrily towards a motorists who honked his car horn after he had apparently became fed up with their antics.
Another group of cadets were reported to have engaged in similar antics at a busy intersection in Kaduna city yesterday.
