Presidential aspirant, Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, walked out of today’s meeting of northern governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This followed the reported announcement of the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, as the consensus presidential candidate by the party’s chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu.
Most of the northern governors had agreed on power shifting to the south on Saturday and reaffirmed their stance at today’s meeting.
