Police authorities have arrested a group of eight officers captured in viral video brutalising a helpless man at an undisclosed location in Enugu State.
Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, disclosed this via a tweet today.
Adejobi also shared a video of the incident.
The police spokesperson said the video, which shows the officers kicking the victim violently, was sent to police authorities by an eyewitness.
He urged other members of the public to always report acts of professional misconduct by police officers, promising that such reports would promptly acted upon.
