Usain Bolt Tests Positive for COVID-19

It has now been confirmed that the world’s fastest man and eight-time Olympic gold medalist, Usain Bolt, has contracted COVID-19.

Bolt undertook COVID-19 test few days after attending a party to celebrate his 34th birthday in Jamaica.

There were confusing reports initially when Bolt himself took his twitter handle to clarify that he is still awaiting the result of his test and not yet positive as widely reported.

Jamaica’s health ministry confirmed late yesterday that Bolt had tested positive, according to Aljazeera.

Some of the celebrities who attended the party included Manchester City star, Raheem Sterling, Leon Bailey and entertainers Ding Dong, Christopher Martin and Munga Honourable.
