…Caught in Action at Yet Another Event

Although Sarah had told the police, after she was arrested that the robbery for which she was caught at La-Occasions Event Centre in Lagos was her second attempt, the past victims proved her wrong with more CCTV images showing her in action at three other events.
The images sent to Newsmakers show how Sarah posed like a relative assisting the victims to gather the money they were being sprayed.
When CCTV images captured in 2015 were posted, one Oluwaloninyo commented: “OMG, she’s a serial wedding thief! This was at Yard58 in October. The December venue was 10 Degrees. She’s an Ikeja ‘Wedding Aunty’ with families assuming she’s from the other family. Please help catch this lady. Look out for her at parties please! #StopStealingAtWeddings.
She added another post: “This lady came to a wedding and stole all money sprayed. She pretended to be from the other family to both families. We need to find her to stop her from doing this to another wedding. Please spread! Re-tweet. Re-gram. Share. Till we find someone that knows her. Thanks.”
Another commentator by the name dancingdr said: “This is a serial wedding thief, well trained con-artist. Was at my wedding and stole sprayed moneys and gifts.”
The story is being followed by thousands of readers all over the world.
