Unknown Destination, a highly-rated Nigerian movie campaigning against women trafficking around the world has been re-launched in Brazil.

Produced by Chido Felix of Afrobrasilink, the movie was re-launched at the Sao-Paulo State legislative council in the presence of several dignitaries from the Brazilian movie industry and representatives from the state government.

The movie addresses the issue of illegal trafficking of African women around the world, and the dashed hopes of the women who became victims of gangs in Europe, Brazil and in the Americas.

After the opening ceremony, the producer told NewsmakersNG: “We are very glad that this movie can enlighten our youths never to be carried away with Internet promises. We thank the legislative council for the opportunity given to us and the recognition of our efforts towards a better environment. We will keep trying.”
