President Donald Trump moments ago declared that “the damage has already been done” in the US presidential election as his rival Joe Biden inches closer to victory.
Biden won in Michigan, pushing his Electoral College votes tally to 264, according to AFP.
Biden, who is also leading in Nevada, just needs six more electoral votes to win the US presidency.
Still maintaining his stance that the poll was tainted, Trump tweeted, “Our lawyers have asked for “meaningful access”, but what good does that do? The damage has already been done to the integrity of our system, and to the Presidential Election itself. This is what should be discussed!”
