An entire family, comprising husband, wife and four children, aged between three and 12, have reportedly died after eating their dinner.
The tragic incident occurred on October 8, at Umuomukwe Amakwa, Ozobulu in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra, State.
An obituary circulating online reveals the names, gender and ages of the deceased persons as follow: Augustine Tochukwu Nwokedi (father, 42), Josephine Nkeiru Nwokedi (mother, 39), Emmanuel Chinaemelue Nwokedi (son, 12), Godwin Chigozie Nwokedi (son, 9), Blessing Chinazaekpere Nwokedi (daughter, 6) and Joseph Chinedum Nwokedi (son, 3).
According to the obituary, the family will be laid to rest on November 28, at the family compound in Amakwa Ozubulu, after a funeral mass.
It adds that a thanksgiving mass will take place at St Michael’s Catholic Church, Amakwa Ozubulu, on December 4.
