Three COVID-19 Patients on the Run in Kano

Three COVID-19 patients are reportedly on the run in Kano State.

The development was confirmed today by the Coordinator of Kano State Technical Response Team on COVID 19, Dr Tijjani Hussain, according to an Instagram post by Wazobia 95.1 Kano.

The patients were said to have fled their homes for unknown destinations after the result of their COVID-19 test was communicated to them.

Hussain also reportedly said the patients have switched off their phones while their respective homes have been deserted.

There are 77 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Kano State with one death.
