Owolabi, a National Youth Service Corps member serving in the TV station was reportedly hit by a stray bullet during the Shi’ites protest, which degenerated into a violent clash with the police.
The Vice President who arrived Kaduna about 3pm today was accompanied on the visit to the deceased’s family by the Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai.
