A Lagos State high court has sentenced the shepherd-in-charge of Celestial Church of Christ Global Genesis Parish, Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe, to two years imprisonment.
Ogundipe was accused of defrauding a United Kingdom-based woman, Mrs Olaide William Oni, to the tune of N11 million.
The presiding judge, Justice Olabisi Akinlade, sentenced the cleric after finding him guilty on two of the seven charges brought against him.
