Three commercial motorcycle riders were reportedly killed today on ‘Long Bridge’ at the Berger end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway by a Toyota Hilux conveying some mobile policemen.
The white Hilux with the number plate, GGE960DD, was reportedly driving against traffic when it collided with the three motorcyclists.
Eyewitness told NewsmakersNG that the occupants of the Hilux, including the driver, fled the scene immediately after the accident.
The bodies had been removed from the scene by men of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the police.
