Nigeria yesterday signed a Technical Co-operation Agreement with a Moroccan company, OCD, for the latter to mine and process her rich phosphate reserves located in the Sokoto Basin.
The Executive Secretary, Solid Minerals Development Fund, Hajia Fatima Shinkafi, signed on behalf of the Federal Government at a ceremony that took place at company’s headquarters in Casablanca, Morocco.
