Angry Katsina youths in their hundreds today defied attempts by the police to stop them from protesting the growing spate of attacks by suspected bandits on the state.
The youths reportedly mobilised this morning to continue the protest which had been going on since last week only to discover that policemen have put up barricades in strategic locations in Katsina city to stop them.
The youths however dismantled the barricades set up by the police to continue with the protest.
