Some residents of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, woke up this morning to find a day-old baby abandoned by the roadside at the popular Mile 3 bus stop.
The baby was neatly wrapped in a shawl, tucked in an improvised carrier made from a paper carton and placed beside a heap of refuse.
