July 20, 2020 was a day that Commissioner of Police (CP) Sylvester Abiodun Alabi would have hugged if he could get his arms around it.
After spending 30 years and four months serving the nation as an outstanding police officer, he was considered worthy to wear the rank of Commissioner of Police and was decorated at a special ceremony at the Force Headquarters, Louis Edet House, Abuja.
CP Alabi, who hails from Ekiti State, was among 10 senior police officers decorated by the Secretary to the Federal Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr Boss Mustapha and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohammed Adamu at the event.
