Nigeria’s former Minister of Agriculture and President of the Africa Development Bank, Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina, was yesterday honoured by King Mswati of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) during a visit to the African country.
Adesina, who tweeted pictures of the ceremony on his verified Twitter handle, @akin_adesina, also wrote: “The King Mswati III of Eswatini gave me the greatest honor ever: to be dressed like the King and jointly march during the traditional royal Reed dance event. Thank you Your Majesty. Proudly African. Confident in Africa’s future.”
