A video, which has gone viral, shows two suspected kidnappers reportedly arrested by the police in Umuhaia, Abia State, on Sunday.
The video shows the two suspects being quizzed by a security operative while the rescued toddlers, oblivious of the situation, play around.
The video was originally posted on Instagram by a user that identified himself as I.O. Ubaka.
