The English say a picture is worth a thousand words; so it is with this picture of dollar-loaded envelopes. They were allegedly shared at the just concluded convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja.
NewsmakersNG learnt that these envelopes are the News behind the News of the emergence of the new National Chairman of PDP.
The picture in circulation has, however, been disputed by some people as the same pictures circulated during the March 2015 primaries of PDP.
