Oyo Commissioner, Kehinde Ayoola, Dies in Ibadan

The Oyo State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources and a former Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Kehinde Ayoola, is dead.

NewsmakersNG learnt that Ayoola today at a private hospital in Iyaganku area of Ibadan, the state capital.

The cause of his death is yet to be ascertained.

Taiwo Adisa, Chief Press Secretary to Governor Seyi Makinde, confirmed his death.

Ayoola represented Oyo East state constituency between 1999 and 2003  and became speaker during the administration of late Lam Adesina.

The late commissioner is survived by wife, Olukemi, and three children.
