Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has travelled to London for a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.
President Buhari has been in the United Kingdom for over 60 days on a medical vacation.
Osinbajo left Abuja, on Tuesday evening, and is expected back in Nigeria immediately after the meeting with Buhari.
Senior Special Assistant to the acting president on Media and Publicity, Mr Laolu Akande, confirmed the visit in a tweet.
The tweet by Akande read: “AgP Osinbajo meeting with President Buhari in London today, and returning to Abuja immediately afterwards.”
