Nollywood actress and producer, Allwell Ademola, has died at the age of 43.
Ademola reportedly passed away on Saturday.
While official details are yet to be released, unconfirmed reports indicate that she may have suffered a heart attack at her residence before being rushed to hospital.
Tributes began to pour in from colleagues across the film industry following confirmation from fellow actress, Faithia Williams.
Announcing the death on her Instagram page, Williams wrote, “Haaaa. This hit me so bad. Eniobanke.”
Actor, Damola Olatunji, also confirmed the development, sharing a candlelight image accompanied by the caption, “Life is a mirage.”
Another actress, Bidemi Kosoko, expressed disbelief in an emotional post, writing, “No way. No, no, no. This isn’t true. God forbid, in Jesus’ name. I refuse to accept this. Olorun oni je. Please just reply my message. I will wait patiently.”
Allwell Ademola was known for her work as both an actress and producer, and her death has sent shockwaves through the Nollywood community.
