A 27-year-old Nigerian man has been declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged theft of $2, 200, 000 (over N838.7million) through business e-mail compromise.
Identified as Yusuf Adebowale Bello, EFCC described the suspect as a native of Ibeju, Lekki, in Lagos. His last known address is House Number 2, Alasopupo Oko-Ewe, Ikorodu, Lagos.
EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren appealed to whoever has information on the suspect’s whereabout to contact the Agency on 09-9044751-3, 08093322644, 08183322644, 07026350721-3, 0706350724-5, through e-mail address: info@efccnigeria.org or the nearest police station.
