Nigeria recorded one COVID-19 death today.
Ninety patients also recovered from the disease and were discharged from isolation centres across the country.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made these known via its daily Twitter update.
The centre confirmed 226 fresh COVID-19 cases, with 131 of them in Lagos State.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country to 6,401, with 1,743 recoveries and 192 fatalities.
