Nigeria Records 490 New COVID-19 Cases, 7 Deaths

Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases rose to 24,567 today, after recording 490 new infections.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) also announced seven new COVID-19 related deaths, taking the total to 565.

The centre however said a total of 9,007 persons have recovered from the disease.

Lagos State has the highest number of new cases with 118, followed by Delta, Ebonyi and the federal capital territory with 84, 68 and 56 cases respectively.
