The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) yesterday confirmed 476 new COVID-19 cases and seven deaths in the country.
Approximately half of the new infections were registered in Lagos State with 235 cases.
Till date, 50,964 cases have been confirmed, 37,569 cases have been discharged and 992 deaths have been recorded in the country.
