The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 117 new cases of COVID-19 in the country.
In a tweet, the agency said Lagos State has the highest number with 59 cases followed by the federal capital territory with 29 and Kano State with 14.
According to NCDC, Borno State recorded six cases, Katsina State has four, Ogun State has three, while Rivers and Bauchi States have one each.
It added that 197 patients have been discharged, while there have been 25 fatalities.
