Nigeria Announces 14 New COVID-19 Infections as Confirmed Cases Rise Above 100

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) this evening confirmed 14 new coronavirus infections in the country with Lagos again leading with nine cases.

The Centre made this known via its verified Twitter handle @NCDCgov.

The 14 new cases, five of which were recorded in the FCT, brought the nation’s confirmed cases to 111.

“As at 09:30 pm 29th March, there are 111 confirmed cases, one death.

“Currently, Lagos (68), FCT (21), Ogun (3), Enugu (2).

“Others are, Ekiti (1), Oyo (7), Edo (2), Bauchi (2), Osun (2), Rivers (1), Benue (1) and Kaduna (1),” NCDC said.
