The trial of popular musician, Afeez Adesina Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley before Justice Nicholas Oweibo at a Federal High Court in Lagos, today, was stalled after the defence brought in a “motion on notice” asking the prosecution to provide them with more documents.
Naira Marley was first arraigned on May 20 on an 11-count charge of credit card fraud preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
He had, however, pleaded not guilty to all the charge leading to the commencement of trial.
