Senator Ben Murray-Bruce buried his late wife, Evelyn, in a private ceremony in the US today.
The former senator announced this himself in a tweet.
Murray-Bruce tweeted, “We are made from earth, and we return to earth.
“Today, we buried my beautiful wife, and mum to our beautiful children and grandchildren, Evelyn Murray-Bruce.
“Please continue to keep our family in your prayers.”
He accompanied his tweet with pictures of himself and the couple’s four children.
Mrs. Murray-Bruce died on March 20 after a battle with cancer.
