A man has allegedly buried his six-month-old daughter alive at Abaomege in Ebonyi State following a disagreement with his wife.
The man, identified as Sunday Anthony, reportedly dug a shallow grave behind his residence and buried the toddler in it.
NewsmakersNG learnt that the man resorted to committing the dastardly act after his wife parked out of their matrimonial home earlier today.
The grave where he buried the child was however discovered by some neighbours, who subsequently accosted him and forced him to confess to the wicked act.
The man also allegedly confessed that he took action to get back at his wife for abandoning him.
The man has reportedly been handed over to the police.
