An Enugu-based makeup artist has been found dead with her face bathed with acid six days after she reportedly went missing.
NewsmakersNG learnt that the deceased, Ijeoma Neke, was booked for work at an undisclosed location in Enugu, Enugu State, on November 11.
According to one of the deceased’s friends, when she demanded for the address, the customer asked her to come to EBS bus stop (a popular bus stop in Enugu), from where she would be taken to the place.
After linking up with the contact person and they were on their way, she suddenly felt uneasy about the arrangement and decided to send her brother a text message, including the phone number of the person who called her for the job.
That was the last time anyone heard from her until her lifeless body was found where it was abandoned in the city yesterday.
