As it continues with the implementation of the state’s environmental laws and masterplan, the Lagos State Ministry of the Environment has shared a video showing buildings that were built on a drainage channel at Ikota, in Lekki area.
The ongoing exercise has witnessed the demolition of several residential buildings in the Lekki-Ajah axis of the state, as well as the closure of some popular markets, including Ladipo, Mile 12 and Owode Onirin.
