Lagos Records 224 New COVID-19 Infections, as Cases Rise to 31,323, with 709 Deaths

Nigeria recorded 575 new COVID-19 cases yesterday, with 224 of them in Lagos State and 85 in Oyo State.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) disclosed that the country also recorded 20 COVID-19 related deaths yesterday, taking the total number of fatalities to 709.

According to the centre, the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country now stands at 31,323, out of which 12,795 have recovered.
