The Commissioner of Police (CP), Fatai Owoseni, told reporters at the parade that the three suspected kidnappers were arrested at the Agbowa axis of Ikorodu by his Anti-kidnapping Team.
According to him, five suspected robbers who specialized in cloning of bank customers pin numbers were arrested at the Festac area of the state.
