NewsmakersNG learnt that the squad has again arrested a suspect regarded as one of the country’s most notorious criminal kingpin after months of diligent investigations.
Kyari himself shared news of the breakthrough on his Facebook wall this afternoon.
He however did not give details, promising that the Force Public Relations Officer would brief the media on the development.
Kyari’s post reads: “Am Very Happy Today, Just Recorded big Success in the fight Against Crime. Arrested One of the Most Notorious and Wanted Criminal Kingpin in the Country. Force Public relation Officer FPRO will make Formal announcement and Give details Soonest.”

Also as the officer in charge of the now defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Lagos State, he was responsible for the arrest of notorious armed robber, Abiodun Ogunjobi aka Godogodo, who had reportedly killed over 150 victims, including 50 policemen.
