The Lagos state government has confirmed a third case of coronavirus in the state.
The state’s commissioner for health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, disclosed this at a press conference, today.
The ministry also confirmed the development in a tweet today.
It said the 30-year-old patient returned from the UK on March 13 and developed symptoms while observing self-isolation.
She subsequently tested positive and is receiving treatment at the Mainland General Hospital.

The state government also advised passengers on the same flight with the patient to stay at home and isolate themselves for 14 days.
