Smoke engulfed parts of the Rivers State Government Secretariat complex on Monday, with the source of the fire yet to be identified.

Firefighters were seen battling to contain the blaze, according to footage shared by Pitakwa News on X.

Authorities have not yet released an official statement, and the extent of damage or any casualties remains unclear.
