A leading promoter of the #EndSARS protests, Modupe Odele, better known by her social media name, Moe, has revealed that she coordinated legal aid for the protesters while being COVID-19 positive.
Odele, who is a member of the Feminist Coalition, which also organised funding for the protests, disclosed this via her Twitter handle yesterday.
According to Odele, whose passport was recently confiscated and prevented from travelling outside the country by security agents, she was on admission at a COVID-19 isolation centre during the first two weeks of the #EndSARS protests.
She said only her family and close friends knew about her condition.
