How British PM Escaped London’s Terror Attack

Prime Minister Theresa May was rushed out of the British Parliament as it came under terrorist attack by a man wielding a seven-inch knife.
May, who was in the voting lobby by the Commons, was seen being bundled into the back seat of her silver Jaguar surrounded by armed guards at around 2.30pm.
She then was driven out of the Palace of Westminster at high speed and is now off the estate and safely inside Downing Street.
A source close to Mrs May confirmed to MailOnline that the Prime Minister was uninjured.
She is expected to chair a meeting of the Government’s emergency Cobra Committee tonight.

Also, members of parliament (MPs) were locked inside the Commons and told to remain there for their own safety, as armed police went through Parliament “floor by floor” and “room by room” looking for any other assailants.
People inside were also warned to stay away from any windows.
Meanwhile, three people and a terrorist have so far been confirmed dead after the attack that brought carnage to central London today.
The attacker mowed down pedestrians on Westminster Bridge and hacked at police with knives in the grounds of the Houses of Parliament.
Emergency officials attending to a victim at the scene.

At least 20 people were hit on the crowded bridge when a SUV drove along the pavement, knocking down pedestrians before crashing into a fence of the parliament building.
The suspected terrorist, described by a witness as “middle-aged and Asian”, then managed to break into the grounds of the Parliament, where he fatally stabbed a police officer with two knives.
The policeman died at the scene. The attacker, who was shot by armed officers, died after he was taken to hospital.
